Welcome to Motivated Consulting Group, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, including consulting, coaching, and keynote speaking engagements, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Motivated Consulting Group, LLC provides business consulting, motivational coaching, and keynote speaking services through the following formats:

• Monthly subscription packages (cancel anytime)
   
• Flat-rate consulting sessions
   
• Keynote speaking engagements
   

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and provide access to exclusive resources, discounts, and services.
   
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee.
   
• Access to benefits ends immediately upon cancellation.
   

• Flat-rate consulting services are billed per session or per project.
   
• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice.
   
• Refunds for completed sessions are not available.
   

• A two (2) week notice is required for cancellation of any scheduled keynote speaking event.
   
• Cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed speaking fee.
   
• Travel and lodging costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client and must be reimbursed.
   

We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse services at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Non-payment or delayed payment
   
• Violations of these Terms and Conditions
   
• Inappropriate or unlawful behavior
   

All content, materials, and resources provided by Motivated Consulting Group, LLC are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without written permission.
   
• You may not use our materials for commercial purposes without licensing.
   

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful or harmful conduct
   
• Promote hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
   
• Misuse our platform or services for spam, fraud, or solicitation
   

We strive to provide accurate, helpful information, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, including business losses or errors in financial interpretation.
   
• Services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate client access for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or abuse of our services.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. You are responsible for reviewing them regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
